Job Summary
- The Charge Nurse - Emergency Services is a Registered Nurse who provides direct patient care and frontline clinical leadership within the Emergency Department. Under the direction of the Department Director or Manager, this role oversees daily operations, coordinates patient care, supports nursing staff, and ensures compliance with policies and standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
