Job Description
Become a part of Golden Bears & Pandas Athletics as a Varsity Therapist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing student-athletes' health and performance. This in-person position integrates clinical judgment with athletic support.
From August 2026 to March 2027, this position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with over 500 student-athletes in Edmonton. As a Certified Athletic Therapist or Physiotherapist, you'll deliver essential services such as injury prevention, clinical assessment, and rehabilitation, while promoting a culture of health at the university. Your contributions will directly impact athlete safety and their overall well-being in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line clinical care in both sport and clinic settings
• Implement injury prevention and emergency response strategies
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Mentor students while promoting health education initiatives
