Education consultant - instructor observations

Role Overview

The Education Consultant for Instructor Observations will be responsible for completing observations of instructors at one of our campus locations: Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg. Key Responsibilities

Support instructors in enhancing teaching practices in alignment with Robertson’s teaching and learning mission, vision, and mandate by conducting observations and providing feedback. Model professional communication both verbally and in writing. Education, Experience, and Skills

Required:

Subject Matter Expertise (education and experience) in one or more of the following: Calgary: Pharmacy Technician, Health Care Aide. Strong computer and digital literacy skills. Ability to work independently. Strong communication skills.

Considered an asset:

A certificate or degree related to adult education. Experience in hybrid (online and face-to-face) teaching and learning. Experience in vocational training.
