We are seeking high‑performing, target‑driven Sales Executives to convert qualified inbound leads into enrolled students for the Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program. The role focuses on consultative selling, guiding prospective learners (students, job seekers, and professionals) through program selection, career pathways, and enrollment—ultimately driving paid conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion (Primary KPI)
   • Call and follow up with warm leads who have registered interest
   • Convert leads into paying students through structured sales conversations
   • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
2. Consultative Selling
   • Understand learner goals (career switch, upskilling, job placement)
   • Recommend relevant Microdegree tracks (AI, Data, Cloud, etc.)
