EHR Educat Implement Analyst

Summary



Executes EHR specific site discovery, education, support, and user analysis to Parkview Health and Connect Clients with a focus on new EHR implementation needs. Travels on-site to new facilities and clients to complete Pre-Go-Live education, including Site Discovery, Classroom Training, and other Pre-Go-Live Readiness needs. Remains on-site to support end users during Go-Live Phase of EHR Implementation. When not on a traveling assignment, will support core EHR Training needs at the Parkview Education Center. Promotes consistent documentation standards, while acting as a liaison on behalf of provider/clinical EHR users. Methods of education include, but are not limited to, educator-led classroom courses, webinars, online courses, and one-on-one education sessions. Performs Instructional Design duties by evaluating, adapting, and developing instruction based on learner needs. Provides hospital and physician-based practice support.
