Job Description
This is a 100% onsite position.
Pay Rate: $19.06/hour. W2 only. Work sponsorship is not available for this position.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Role focus:
This position provides clerical/administrative support within EHS.
Key qualifications:
Prior safety or EHS-related experience is required.
Strong Excel skills is required.
1+ years of administrative/clerical work experience is required.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Basic mechanical knowledge and TPM Methodology is preferred.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The EHS Assistant reports directly to the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Leader/Site Leader at the Houston Plant. The position will work with leadership and plant team members across the site to support a strong proactive safety culture and an effective, efficient, and compliant safety process.
