Scope of Position
The EHS Manager leads the development and execution of the company’s environmental, health, and safety strategy. This role ensures full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local industrial standards while cultivating a proactive safety culture across all operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive continuous improvement in safety performance, training, and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities
Safety Leadership & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs that comply with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
Training & Development: Partner with the Training Department to design and deliver safety and environmental training programs that empower employees to work safely and responsibly.
