The EHS Officer supports Cushman & Wakefield’s construction projects by implementing and enforcing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards to ensure safe work sites and regulatory compliance. She/he monitors construction activities, conducts site inspections and risk assessments, and ensures adherence to local regulations, client requirements, and company safety policies. The role involves coordinating with contractors, project managers, and site teams to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, lead safety orientations and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and maintain accurate safety documentation and reports. The EHS Officer plays a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture while supporting project delivery goals in a fast-paced construction environment.
