This position works out of our Costa Rica – Alajuela location in the EP Division. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
As the EHS Section Leader, you will be responsible, under general direction, for the ongoing management and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health and Safety, Sustainability and EHS compliance programs.
The role facilitates resources for strategic, EHS process improvement projects in conjunction with site goals and imperatives for increasing the EHS performance and outcomes. The role is accountable for delivering tactical results from the application of local (government) and external (corporate) EHS regulations and standards.
