Key duties and responsibilities

The Program Manager will:

• lead and coordinate program delivery activities to support the achievement of the department's desired outcomes.

• develop, maintain, monitor and report with program management artefacts such as a roadmap, integrated program management plan, status of the deliverables, milestones, dependencies, resources, budget, risks and issues.

• oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring progress aligns with the project plan.

• engage and collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers as required to deliver a well-defined and understood solution.

• Build strong relationships and partner with the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), system integrator, change manager, technology, and senior executives within the Program Board.
