Electrical BIM Modeller / Electrical Draughtsperson (Revit)

Our client is a well-established consulting engineering firm providing innovative multidisciplinary engineering solutions across the commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. They are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed electrical BIM models and Revit drawings for building services projects.


• Prepare Revit draughting for the electrical and electronic engineering design of large commercial, retail, industrial and multi-residential developments.


• Develop and coordinate models for MV/LV electrical installations, generators, UPS systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, lighting and small power.


• Produce BIM models for access control, CCTV, data networks and other electronic building services.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with engineers and other building services disciplines.
