Electrical Designer - Factory Supporter

About the Role
As a Factory Supporter – Electrical Designer, you will play a critical role in bridging communication between the Queretaro Factory assembly lines and the MV-US Engineering team during the manufacturing of Medium Voltage Switchgear.
Responsibilities
Risk Management: Identify potential design-related risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects in engineering and drafting deliverables.
Requirements Review: Analyze customer specifications and requirements, ensuring project outcomes align with expectations.
Mechanical Ownership: Take full ownership of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for mechanical projects, including creating new assemblies, validating functionality, and releasing parts to production.
Design Leadership: Guide and provide direction to a team of mechanical designers, translating your concepts into accurate 3D models.
