About the Role:
- You will collaborate between a Tier 1 lighting supplier's design and engineering facility in Troy, MI and their OEM clients in the Metro Detroit area to manage their warranty claims. You will perform initial analysis, troubleshoot issues and, most importantly, have a strong sense of ownership for handling warranty claims and understanding responsibility for those claims.
- ** Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish a plus but not required. **

- Manage warranty parts retrieval to return parts from the customer of warranty return centers to identify OP Mobility responsible parts.
