Job Summary
:In this role, you will participate in the design, development, and evaluation of electrical components and processes. You will collaborate and support other engineering disciplines for electrical engineering matters. Your professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard electrical engineering techniques and criteria will enable you to make impactful contributions to the team.
Major Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews engineering work within a discipline on a project or assignment in a global business unit. 

Supervises the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, specialists, designers and drafters. 

Conducts annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with the approved procedures and holds career development discussions.
