About the role:
We are looking for a licensed Electrician with an industrialbackground to join our team as an Electrical Fitter, working in a substation
environment across construction and maintenance projects. This role involves
constructing, installing, wiring, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment
in line with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Reporting to the Technical Field Manager, you’ll work
closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality
outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous
improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out prescribed electrical fitting work in accordance with regulations and industry standards
- Construct, install, wire, test, and maintain substation equipment (11kV–110kV)
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Complete all associated wiring accurately and to standard
