Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on multi-family residential construction projects in the Atlanta/Athens area. This role oversees daily field operations, ensures code compliance and safety, coordinates labor and materials, and maintains project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices
Plan and direct daily electrical work from drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment with warehouse and procurement teams
Perform quality inspections and manage punch lists
Track labor, materials, and job progress; communicate updates to project management
Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework
