Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to lead the electrical team at a long‑standing cement plant in Richmond, BC. You will oversee electrical maintenance, automation, and instrumentation, managing a team of supervisors, automation specialists, and unionized electricians.

This role is ideal for candidates with industrial manufacturing experience who have transitioned from hands‑on trades to supervisory roles. You will ensure plant reliability, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance operations while mentoring and developing your team.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6am or 7am start

Compensation

• Base salary of $110K – $130K
