Job Description
REPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure application of and adherence to the Maintenance Information system (SAP) and ensure all assets are clearly marked and controlled with the Asset Register.
- Supervisory management, scheduling and coordination of an E, M, I & CM maintenance team w.r.t performing preventive, corrective and condition-based predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure that equipment for preventive maintenance, predictive vibration analysis, IR scanning, and performance evaluation (i.e. compressors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, machinery and assemblies) as per the preventive maintenance schedule and corrective ad-hoc requirements are performed, reported, recorded, actioned and closed out.
- Assist in the monitoring and submission of detailed monthly reporting on E, M, I & CM equipment condition, preventive and corrective work, both performed and outstanding and all relevant contractual/project aspects & requirements.
