Responsibilities Role Summary for Electrical Site Engineer Supervisor Join a dynamic team delivering solar panel installations across scaffold structures in major infrastructure projects. You'll lead electrical works on-site, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with solar panel scaffold and installation teams to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient systems. Key Responsibilities Install, test, and maintain electrical systems for solar panel setups on scaffold platforms Coordinate with scaffold teams to ensure safe cable routing and structural integration Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution Ensure full compliance with BCA, EMA, and WSH regulations Prepare technical documentation and support project milestones Mentor junior technicians and support cross-cultural site teams Comfortable working at height and in scaffold environments . Strong communication skills, especially with multicultural teams .
