​ Overview We are currently seeking an Electrical Small Works Manager in Manchester to take full cradle-to-grave ownership of small works projects typically ranging from £10k - £100k . This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys managing multiple jobs at once, keeping delivery standards high, and building strong working relationships. About the Company Our client is a growing North-West building services and maintenance contractor delivering mechanical and electrical engineering works alongside technically focused facilities management. They operate across private, public and commercial environments, supporting clients with end-to-end project delivery as well as ongoing maintenance to keep critical building systems safe, compliant and operational.
