An excellent long‑term opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager to join a major infrastructure project near Reading involving HV cable laying works for a new Substation development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑profile project with secured work running through to 2028, offering long‑term stability and the chance to work on critical infrastructure within highly regulated environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and previous experience supervising electrical installation works, managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
