Position
High Voltage Lab Engineer
Responsibilities
- Run and maintain state-of-the-art high voltage labs
- Participate actively in planning, preparation and execution of high voltage tests
- Collaborate closely with a team of scientists and technicians from research
- Contribute to the definition of safe testing practices in the lab during all phases of experiments with the support of local HSE partners and the research team
- Interact with partners in adjacent Hitachi Energy high voltage labs and business units
Qualifications
- Education in electrical engineering with at least a bachelor’s degree (FH)
- Proven experience in lab work, including experimental setup with advanced measurement methods
- Knowledge of lab integrated programming using LabView, Matlab or Python (welcome)
- Skills in data analysis (a plus)
