About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced electrician who’s ready to pass on their knowledge. As an Electrical Tutor at our Highbrook campus, you’ll facilitate Skills-approved courses, support learners to achieve success, and help shape a future-fit workforce. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop others while continuing to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess courses in block or day-release formats
- Support ongoing course development
- Provide coaching and academic support to students
- Monitor student progress and report outcomes
- Maintain training centre resources and assist with workshop upkeep
- Role model and promote Health & Safety practices
What you’ll bring:
- A current New Zealand Electrical Registration (Full Practising Licence, Inspector’s Licence or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification)
