Job Title: Electrician (Gold Card)
Location: Birmingham Contract Type: Temporary (12 weeks) Start Date: ASAP Rate: £25 per hour (CIS) Sector: Social Housing / Electrical Installation
Role Overview
We are urgently recruiting an experienced electrician for this role. The electrician will carry out kitchen refurbishment works on a social housing project in Birmingham.
This is a hands-on role focused on 1st and 2nd fix electrical works.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out 1st fix electrical installation works
Complete 2nd fix electrical works
Testing and certification of all installations
Work safely in occupied properties Requirements
Valid JIB Gold Card (CSCS) - essential
Proven experience as an electrician on social housing projects
Strong 1st & 2nd fix skills
Own tools, van and PPE What We Offer
