Electron Microscopy Lab Technician - Histology Specimen Prep

The University of Oulu is seeking a Laboratory Technician for its Biocenter Oulu Electron Microscopy Core Facility. This permanent position starts on September 1st, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Responsibilities include preparing biological specimens for imaging and utilizing laboratory methods. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and be fluent in Finnish and English. Monthly gross salary ranges from €2,600 to €3,100, with a trial period of six months.
