Job Description

Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings, Maintenance Branch, Air Conditioning Section. The incumbent installs, maintains, evaluates and adjusts, repairs and calibrates electronic control equipment and systems in support of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) operations in the Senate Office Buildings (SOB). Responsibilities Tour of duty is: 3rd shift Wednesday (night) to Saturday (night) 8:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. This is an Essential-Employee Position. The employee will be required to report to work during emergencies AND inclement weather situations. Work schedule may require some occasionally mandatory overtime on holidays AND weekends.
