Detailed Description:
Performs regular and scheduled maintenance on hydraulic fracturing equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
Conducts repairs on equipment as needed in the field using hand and power tools.
Installs and configures electronic and electromechanical equipment and instrumentation.
Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical, and electronic components.
Travels to locations to perform emergency repairs on electronics and equipment.
Diagnoses electrical problems and troubleshoots using wiring schematics, repair manuals, and part catalogs.
Inspects, operates, and tests equipment and components to diagnose malfunctions.
Tests equipment at the manufacturer’s facility to ensure it meets company standards before field deployment.
Documents repairs, inspections, and testing for all equipment.
