POSITION PURPOSE: 

The Level 2 Electronic Tech position purpose is to provide the plant with the technical expertise to drive process improvement. In this role, the technician will interface with operations daily, will support SPS Kaizen events, and will be provided flexibility and autonomy to work with operators to improve process performance. This position will be able to provide turnkey process improvement projects. From start to finish, the technician will be able to purchase parts, install, program, and validate the process. This position will provide productivity, quality, and capacity improvements within the Logan facility through control systems optimization, maintenance automation training, production support, and execution of capital projects.
