Electrophysiology Plant Director & Operations Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking an Electrophysiology Senior Director Plant Manager to manage manufacturing operations in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, maximizing quality and safety, and developing staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in manufacturing, bilingual in Spanish and English, and experience in the medical device sector is preferred. This position may require relocation to El Paso, Texas or Juarez, Mexico.
