Job Description
Provide remote technical support to maintenance technicians in identifying root causes and corrective solutions.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault rectification on elevator and escalator.
Diagnose controller, drive, door, and safety circuit issues.
Support breakdown response and complex recurring fault investigations.
Provide 24/7 Connected Services analytics and support including non-standard service needs.
Collaborate with 24/7 Operations Center support technicians in configuring and repairing KRM devices and connections.
Timely assign or direct the case to a relevant expert or prioritize escalation.
Log all cases to THD tool and create knowledge base articles.
Support sales in assessing maintainability of equipment before tendering for maintenance contracts.
Daily OperationAllocate daily work together with THD manager.
