Project-Based Elevator Load Tester (Clinic Building)

We are looking for a qualified technician or service provider to perform elevator load testing for a small clinic building.

Scope of Work:

• Conduct load testing of the elevator using certified test weights or equivalent equipment
• Verify elevator performance at rated capacity
• Check safety and operational functions
• Provide an official load testing report for compliance and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in elevator testing, maintenance, or commissioning
