Embedded RSCC Team Lead/ Manager (Global MNC)

Work Location: Client office in Singapore

• Managing APAC regional security command center (RSCC) in Singapore, problem resolution, service enhancement, operational effectiveness, audit compliance, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations of the client’s APAC Remote Systems Command Centre.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluate service qualities and initiate corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing and improving SOP and streamlining processes.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of high‑caliber staff; ensure all positions are properly staffed and each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
• Meet regularly with BluOcean Account Director for account reviews, address actual or potential problems; support planning, assessments, surveys; coordinate review and update of post orders.
