Embroidery Machine Operator (Evening Shift)

Arrow Uniforms is looking for an Evening Shift Operator for Embroidery Machine to join our team on a full‑time basis at our brand‑new, purpose‑built offices in Silverstream.

In this role you will be responsible for operating a multi‑head embroidery machine, assisting with digital prints and badges, preparing garments before and after embroidery, and managing folding, packaging, and processing items while ensuring high‑quality workmanship and timely production as part of the wider Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial embroidery machinery to create unique embroidery designs on garments.
• Set up jobs: load designs, select and change threads, match colours to specification.
• Hoop and position garments accurately across a wide range of fabrics and items.
• Manage thread tension and machine settings to maintain quality across long runs.
