EMEA Benefits Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EMEA Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of employee benefit programmes across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the UK, Switzerland, Ireland, UAE, France and Italy. While the primary focus will be on EMEA, familiarity with benefits programs in APAC is advantageous, as the successful candidate may contribute to global initiatives.

This position encompasses both strategic and operational responsibilities, requiring an individual with a rigorous approach to managing core benefits programs while also demonstrating a strong passion for employee well-being. The successful candidate will possess a collaborative mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a can-do attitude, ensuring the effective delivery of benefit and wellbeing initiatives.
