Job Description

            Work Dates Needed: Ongoing 
Preferred Schedule: 6a-6p, 6p-6a 
Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Annual volume: 16000, patients per day: 45, # ED Beds/Fast Track: 7 ED beds, 3 FT. 
Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine. 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active LA License, active LA DEA and CDS in hand, and active board certification in hand, ABEM, ATLS, ACLS and PALS required. 
EMR: Cerner Community Works.
