Job Description

            ER locum physician needed in Florence, OR!
Rate is $285/hour 
Lodging, flights, and rental car provided 
9a-9p & 9p-9a shifts, schedule is variable 
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days 
Start ASAP, need is around 6 months 
EMR: EPIC 
Around 20 patients per day, 9k annually  
Level 4 Trauma 
Must be available to work at least 6 shifts per month
