Job overview

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to join the Surgical Team as a Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse on Ward 16a Surgery. You will be based on Ward 16 but there is the expectation that you will be able to support across the surgical floor if necessary.

This is an ideal opportunity for nurses already working within surgery to increase and extend their skills, whilst beginning to become involved in leadership decisions with support of your ward manager and senior leadership team.

There are many opportunities to develop your leadership skills and you will be supported along your journey by all of the senior leadership team within the emergency surgical floor.
