Emiratisation Specialist (UAE nationals)

Job Summary

This role requires the individual to support in design and execution of Emiratisation initiatives across the bank, with an emphasis on development plans, succession planning and minimizing attrition among UAE national employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal career progression of UAE national employees
• Work with relevant stakeholders including HRBPs, People Capability, and People Managers to better understand development needs and ensure each UAE national has a robust development plan
• Assist in implementing learning and development initiatives for UAE National talent.
• Support UAE National engagement activities to foster a sense of community in the Bank.
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure better delivery of our strategy.
