You are the heartbeat of the floor.

Your mission is simple (but not easy):

Make people want to stay.

Make people feel they belong.

Make people feel seen.

You will own employee engagement, recognition, floor energy, culture programs, and retention experience — from Day 1 to Year 3.

This is not a desk job.

This is a people job.

What You’ll Do

• Be physically present and visible on the operations floor daily
• Drive engagement programs, contests, recognition moments, and...
