Working as a strategic partner to Senior Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, CoEs, the role serves as the nerve-centre for culture, belonging, and workforce experience, translating business goals into meaningful people programs that inspire performance, celebrate organizational values, and foster an inclusive workplace
