**Job Summary**
Employee Experience & Innovation (EE&I) is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery of multiple projects across various fields, such as our future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, AI and other emerging areas. This role will work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming products in HP.
This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of software features, solutions, and products. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture, driving overall quality plan and ensuring the on-time delivery and escalation, as necessary.
