Employee Incentives Lawyer

The role

will primarily involve designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for our private and listed company clients.

What your days will look like

Assist with the design, implementation and management of employee incentive schemes for private and listed company clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Support advice on EMI option schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, nominee arrangements, EBTs, LTIPs and EOTs, including structuring, operation and ongoing administration.

Work with colleagues across different teams to develop practical, commercially focused solutions that align with each client's strategic objectives and wider business priorities.

Carry out analysis, due diligence and research on market and legislative developments, supporting stakeholder engagement and recommendations on proposed incentive arrangements.
