Employee Relations & IR Lead

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced IR Manager in Cape Town to develop and execute IR initiatives that foster good working relationships between management and employees.

The ideal candidate needs a postgraduate degree in HR, extensive knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, and 3-5 years of HR-related experience. Responsibilities include chairing disciplinary hearings, representing the company at CCMA, and leading the implementation of IR programs.
