Role Overview
We are looking for an Employee Relations Lead to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high‑risk employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Act as the escalation point for ER matters across the business and support escalation of complex HR Advisor queries/quality checks.
- Set and maintain high standards for ER processes and decision making.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling people matters.
