Employee Relations Manager LATAM

Position Summary

The Senior Employee Relations (ER) Manager, LATAM is a newly created regional role at ADM responsible for leading Employee Relations activities across Latin America. This position will partner closely with HR, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure a fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Employee Relations investigations across LATAM, ensuring timely, thorough, and consistent case management.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to HR teams and leaders on investigations, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and policy application.
• Analyze investigation trends and employee relations data to identify risks, patterns, and proactive improvement opportunities.
