Employee Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly competent and detail‑orientated Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role is critical in supporting operational management with effective employee relations practices, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating organisational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to‑end support on employee relations matters, including misconduct, incapacity, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Manage and represent the organisation in external dispute resolution processes, including CCMA proceedings
• Engage with trade unions on a regular basis, including participation in wage negotiations , consultations, and dispute management
• Draft and review disciplinary documentation, policies, and outcome reports with a high level of accuracy
