Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and detail‑orientated Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role is critical in supporting operational management with effective employee relations practices, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating organisational risk.
Key Responsibilities Provide end-to‑end support on employee relations matters, including misconduct, incapacity, grievances, and conflict resolution Manage and represent the organisation in external dispute resolution processes, including CCMA proceedings Engage with trade unions on a regular basis, including participation in wage negotiations , consultations, and dispute management Draft and review disciplinary documentation, policies, and outcome reports with a high level of accuracy Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements Facilitate disciplinary hearings and investigations, ensuring procedural and substantive ...Ready to Apply?
