HR Employee Relations Specialist (Temporary)
LHH is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for our client, a Non Profit Organization here in Queens, NY. This temporary role will be conducting objective and comprehensive reviews of workplace concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and policy breaches.
100% on-site, in person.
Responsibilities
Investigation Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of employee relations investigations, including complaints related to misconduct, grievances, workplace bullying, and hostile work environment claims.
Information Gathering
Interview complainants, subjects, and witnesses while collecting and reviewing relevant materials such as emails, records, and other supporting evidence.
