Employee Relations Supervisor

Are you a master of diplomacy with a deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code? We are looking for an employee relations supervisor who can bridge the gap between management and our dedicated team. You won't just be handling issues—you’ll be building a culture of transparency, fairness, and mutual respect.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary mediator for employee grievances, ensuring that every voice is heard and issues are resolved with win-win outcomes.
• Policy Stewardship: Interpret and implement company policies and the Philippine Labor Code to keep us compliant and our employees protected.
• Disciplinary Management: Oversee the administrative hearing process, ensuring due process is followed from the Notice to Explain (NTE) to final resolution.
