As the lead for employer engagement within the Youth Guarantee programme, you will play a vital role in creating pathways to meaningful work and placements for young people aged 17–21.
About You
You are a confident and engaging professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple relationships while delivering tangible outcomes. You bring proven experience in employer engagement and recruitment, particularly supporting SEND and other vulnerable young people, with a solid understanding of the barriers faced by those at risk of becoming NEET.
